All orders, both national and international, are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Options

We offer shipping with the following options:

  • Tracked Shipping — Includes a tracking number so you can monitor your package during transit.

  • Untracked Shipping — A more affordable option that does not include tracking information.

International Shipping

We aren't shipping internationally at the moment.

Responsibility After Shipment

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over shipping delays, lost packages, customs issues, or delivery problems. Any transit-related issues must be addressed directly with the carrier. However, if the carrier can't help you, do reach out to me via email (cherrysportraits@gmail.com) so I can try to fix the problem depending on the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
